The main reason garage remotes stop working is due to a flat battery.

Ideally, your battery should be changed every 12 months. Don’t wait until you’re locked out of your garage – we can replace the battery and reprogram the remote in a simple step.

You’re welcome to purchase the battery directly from us, otherwise we can install and program for you.

And as with all of our products, we only ever invest in quality batteries.

Need a spare remote for an emergency backup?

Many clients also choose to invest in a spare remote. Why? Because they find it too tempting to use their current remote until it dies. In many cases, a spare garage or gate remote has been the perfect backup when they needed it.

Lost a remote? We can reprogram the system

Some clients lose a remote and worry about unauthorised access. In most cases, you don’t need to invest in a new system. Marsden Park Locksmiths can, depending on the system, decode and recode your system to remove any lost and stolen ones. This means that those remotes will become ineffective, a far more cost-effective option than a new system.
